Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return within 5 days of delivery if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.

  • Product must be unused and unworn.
  • Original packaging should be available.
  • Original invoice or order confirmation is required.
  • All accessories and tags must be intact.
  • Return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Clear product photographs
  • Package opening/unboxing video (if available)
  • Reason for return request

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

After receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect the item to verify its condition and eligibility for refund.

  • Quality inspection usually takes 2–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Online payment orders are refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery orders may require bank account or UPI details.
  • Customers will receive refund status updates through email or mobile notifications.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for an exchange subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or request a refund according to our policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
  • Used, worn, or altered jewellery.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Products returned after the return window has expired.
  • Products damaged due to exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, or improper storage.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To ensure faster resolution, we recommend recording an unboxing video when opening the package. This helps our support team verify claims quickly and efficiently.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are usually processed within 3– business days.

Important Notes

  • Product color may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
  • Minor variations in artificial jewellery designs are considered normal.
  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.
  • Maahi Fashion reserves the right to reject fraudulent or abusive return requests.
