Return & Exchange policy
- We are sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchases.
- Exchange will only be allowed in case the product received is damaged/ Defective,/Incorrect.
- If the Item is damaged/ Defective/ Incorrect, then you can simply email on info@maahi.fashion within 2 days from the date you receive your products.
- We will respond in 24 hours to serve you the best us.
- Product tags must not be removed. Please note: If product tags are removed, the items will be non-exchangeable.
- All the purchases will be non-refundable except in the case when we have been unable to deliver the product within 45 days of placing the order.
- We strictly do not accept returns.
Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 6 hours of ordering. You can simply email us on info@maahi.fashion. Please mention the Order ID of your order.
- We will credit the full amount in case of pre-paid order in the original mode of payment.
